💫 I know what its like to neglect your health and fitness, to wake up and find yourself a shell of yourself! As a result, I became obese at my heaviest weight of 248lb, suffered from high cholesterol, and body confidence was in the dirt!! Having suffered from postpartum depression following the birth of my daughter in 2017, food was played a huge part in my demise.
💫 I knew that I could no longer stay in that place of despair. As a mother of two, I learned that if I didn’t prioritize my health, then no one else will. I declared, “This will NOT be my new normal!”. I knew that this was NOT the example that I wanted to set for my daughter and son. This is NOT how I wanted my life to end! I needed to make a change, so I created a method that I knew I would stick to.
💫 I don’t claim to be the EXPERT but, my plan is to be the GUIDE that I WISH I had during that tough season and provide other women a chance to live their best life with simplicity and ease while maintaining your other responsibilities!
